It has 3 large bedrooms, each with ensuited bathrooms, plus the lounge converts into a very nice bedroom if required. Pet and Child Friendly. Dogs are welcome inside. Surrounded by a high brushwood fence offering privacy and ensures your pet's containment. Poet's Corner is also a short walk to Belongil Beach which where dogs are welcome. Ideal location for East Coast Blue’s and Roots festival, Splendour in the Grass, Byron Bay Writers Festival, The Byron Bay Arts Factory, Dendy Cinema Byron Bay, Railway Friendly Hotel and The Great Northern Hotel, both music hubs of Byron.

Bookings: A 50 % deposit is required on booking. The balance of monies, along with the bond are due one month before check in. A bond is required from all guests, or a valid credit card to hold against the bond. Large groups must pay up to a $2,000 bond. Bond refunded within one week of check out, subject to no damages and adherence to good conduct. There is a strict NO NOISE POLICY, and we do not allow parties.
