This elegant Byron Bay courtyard apartment is newly renovated! A brand new kitchen, decor and furniture throughout. It has a lovely sunny courtyard equipped with a BBQ and outdoor dining. The world famous Byron Bay markets are held the 1st Sunday of every month. There you can get great food, fabulous and unique retail items, listen to world class music or just enjoy the ambience. There are also gourmet food markets held there every Thursday morning - including great breakfast items.
Abide, Byron Bay is also pet friendly. If you have a small to medium, well behaved dog, this is a great location for you. The courtyard is both child and pet friendly and fully fenced and safe. There are lovely parks, beaches and cafes just moments away, including Byron Bay's unique rainforest walk (50 metres from your door).

Bookings: A 50 % deposit is required on booking. The balance of monies, along with the bond are due one month before check in. A bond is required from all guests, or a valid credit card to hold against the bond. Large groups must pay up to a $1,500 bond. Bond refunded within one week of check out, subject to no damages and adherence to good conduct.
